- The return must be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product must not have been opened and be in perfect condition. For this reason, we recommend to return the products in appropriate packaging - not an envelope).

- Returns should be made with a courier company and not with the post office.
