Customs Regulations for Identity Documents
When you place an order from solidblanc.com, Identity Documents (ID/ PASSPORT/ DRIVER'S LICENCE etc.) may be required for customs clearance.
Customs regulations in certain countries requires ID for customs clearance. Solidblanc does not requires to store any ID information in order to transmit the information to the carrier and Customs officials. We are getting informed in some cases if the authorities will require ID information always before we ship an oreder. Either we will contact you to send us the required documment to supply it on partnered carriers (this process allows your packages to clear Customs without additional delay.) or you will be asked by the authorities there to provide the required documents upon receival of your order.
In case you choose to provide your ID information for an address, the ID information will be linked to that Name/ Surname. We use the information provided for that shipment as well as future shipments under that Name/ Surname.
The name on the shipping label must match the name on the provided ID information. If you're shipping to someone other than yourself, you will be asked to add the ID information of the recipient.
Errors or missing information may cause delays beyond the original delivery date. The carrier may contact you for further information to complete those orders usually by phone.

- We collect this information for some countries. However, it may happen that these countries' Customs office may need additional information and you might be required to provide that data directly to the delivery carrier.
