If I receive my package and the products in it are different from what I ordered, damaged, expired or
spilled, what is the process?
solidblanc.com will replace your package if you send us photos (to our email orders@solidblanc.com)
with your package where the products you have chosen appear damaged or spilled. You will also
provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and order number). The process should be
done in 24 hours from the moment you have received your parcel from the carrier.

Can I have product samples in my order?
solidblanc.com tries to secure as many samples of the products as possible, in order for them to be

several times the supplier companies that send us samples of their products, do not have stocks or
send us very little due to their high production costs.
