Are all products readily available?
Solidblanc.com makes every effort to ensure that all its products are readily available using modern computerization to monitor warehouse reserves. By constantly checking the stocks, we make sure to display the correct availability of the products. In case one of the products is not available in our warehouse, the waiting time can reach 3-4 working days. In the case of exhaustion of any code, the order department of solidblanc.com will contact you and will inform you about the exact time of receipt of your products.
If I receive my parcel and the products it contains are damaged or spilled, what is the procedure?
Solidblanc.com will view your parcel if you send us a photo (in our email firstname.lastname@example.org) with your parcel that the products you have selected appears damaged or spilled. You will also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name, and order number). The procedure should be done within 24 hours of receiving your parcel from the DHL.
Can I have product samples on my order?
Solidblanc.com tries to provide as many samples of the products as possible, to be tested by our customers, and to have an opinion on the specific products. Unfortunately, several times the suppliers of the companies that send us the samples of their products, do not have stocks or send us a minimal amount due to the high cost of their production.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Product availability is real and products are shipped as soon as you place your order. Usually, the courier company delivers between 3-5 working days for overseas and 1-2 for EU.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish, you can cancel your order, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store.
